Services available
Police Clearance Certificates
South African Police Service Clearance Services
- We queue to submit the application, to ensure that it is received and entered into the CRC system.
- We follow up with the CRC daily to check if the certificate is available. Once the certificate is available, we collect it and courier to you immediately
- If you have submitted your application with the SAPS or another courier and are experiencing issues, we can assist to query the status of your application and collect your certificate.
We collect your SAPS clearance application form, from anywhere in South Africa and submit it on your behalf at the SAPS Clearance Department in Pretoria.
As soon as your application is processed we will deliver your certificate to your door.
The processing time at the Police Clearance Dept. takes appoximately 10-15 working days.
Courier transport time will then take between 24hrs – 72hrs dependant on your South African location.
Clients abroad Courier transport time will then take between 5-7 working days.

Deadline Specific / Urgent
Sensitive document Delivery and Collection. A dedicated driver will be assigned to this task, no change of hands will ever take place. This service is also useful for deadline specific deliveries such as Tender documents. Delivery can be arranged for a specific time ie: 1pm, or even between specified times ie: please tell the driver to wait between 12:30 and 12:45. This is especially convenient in the event that the recipient is not able to give an exact time in which to receive the requested documentation.
